Full Studio Rental

Service Description

The Space Your rental includes full access to the main studio during your booked time. The space is open, clean, and intentionally minimal, allowing you to shape it to fit your vision. It’s ideal for portraits, content creation, product photography, interviews, and small productions. The studio features a large white cyc wall / psych wall, providing a seamless background for clean visuals, commercial work, and creative set builds. The open floor plan allows for comfortable movement, lighting setups, and multiple shooting angles. Lighting & Equipment Your booking includes access to available studio lighting, which may include continuous lighting and/or studio strobes depending on availability. Light stands, modifiers, and basic grip equipment are also provided. Creators are encouraged to bring any specialty equipment they may need. Sets, Backdrops & Props You’re welcome to use any permanent sets or backdrops currently set up in the studio, which may change based on seasons, events, or creative builds. You’ll always have access to the cyc wall and open shooting area. A selection of stools, chairs, tables, and basic props is also available. All items must be handled with care and returned to their original placement before the end of your session. You may bring your own props or backdrops, which must be removed after your booking unless otherwise arranged. Climate & Comfort The studio is climate-controlled with air conditioning and heating for year-round comfort. A restroom is available on site for guests during their booking. Creative Freedom ALTO Studios is a creator-first space. Music is allowed at a reasonable volume, and you’re welcome to capture photos, videos, and behind-the-scenes content. ALTO does not claim ownership of your creative work. Guests & Responsibility Clients, collaborators, and models are welcome. Please keep group size appropriate for the space. You are responsible for the behavior of all guests during your rental. Clean-Up & Time Your booking time includes setup and breakdown. The studio must be left in the same condition it was found, including disposing of trash and cleaning any messes. Early arrivals or overtime may result in additional charges. Not Included Studio rental does not include photography or videography services, editing, post-production, specialty equipment not listed, or set construction unless arranged separately. Respect the Space Any damage or excessive mess may result in repair or replacement fees.
